drug dealer? haha jk.

you can spend your $20 on the lottery. A hobo with only 3 dollars left has won it.

Stripping

You have the qualifications for a job that lets you (literally ) lie down on the job, and with no heavy lifting. As it is NOT one which I suggest, I won't name it. You probably have an idea.

Well I would recommend going to like McDonalds or Taco Bell or Burger King they usually are always hiring and i'm very sorry for the position you are in but thats all that I can come up with I know the economy is EXTREMELY HARD. GOOD LUCK and keep trying to be positive!

Illegal: steal from shops, sell for cheaper than the shops are asking for, for "bargains" drugs to teenagers (that's obviously in high demand, at least at my school) that's pretty much all I can think of.. Legal: any job you can get Oh, and to save money, at least I'd say shut down your internet and phone if possible. That'll save on monthly bills.

Only if you do it legally.
2 :
It doesnt even add up right!
3 :
If everyone else does it, why not you?
4 :
This is the land of opportunity. Just do it legally, please.
5 :
Sure, pick a number and get in line behind 25 million other people
6 :
i wish i had somewhere to send all my money.
7 :
Yes why not. If you can make it here.
8 :
Of course you can. When you work hard and get your just earnings, they are YOUR earnings and you can do with them as you wish. Just don't do what so many American workers do, and shoot it up you arm or up your nose, or put your local package store owner's kids through college. Many do.

of course, we have all these examples of people doing it that very thing already.. have you ever wondered what would happen to these country's economics if all were immigrants, legal or illegal , were deported and sent back to their homelands and amreican money was denied this support? since most hate America, would they change their minds about horrible bad America if they had to make it on their own? just a question that i have often pondered. what would be the ramifications if this happened????

Do we have to continue to prop up the turd world forever?

If you are going to travel and are on a budget you really need to take a look at this. http://tinyurl.com/budget-travel It helped me a lot!!
2 :
You should probably get a part time job, it can make a lot of money in 6 months. You can also sell useless things you own on ebay, that makes money quickly. You can babysit, petsit, do chores for neighbors or parents.

Ebay things you dont need any more. Maybe you can do some babysitting or cleaning for friends/ relatives?

How much do I need to make per month to live in Mexico City?

How much do I need to make per month to live in Mexico City?
I'm just trying to find out about much money (in pesos) I would need to live comfortably in a 1 bedroom place in Mexico City with my boyfriend. The job I will be starting when I move will pay around 8000 pesos per month. I'm just trying to find out if this is enough and, if not, how much more I may need.

Its enough if you do not have to maintain a family, for example, for you it'd be really perfect, because you could rent a nice house and live with some luxury, but it also depends of the city where you are gonna be living and the kind of life that you use to have. I know people, for example students that with 8000, they rent a department or a bedroom in a good zone with 3500 average and the rest for food, and other expenses. I hope it made you have at least an idea about it. Greetings

I am actually in the process of moving to Mexico City myself in about two weeks. I will be teaching English there. According to some research I have done, that would be enough. Cost of transportation and food is pretty low as well. The average cost for a room, not a 1 bedroom apartment, is about 3500 pesos a month. The one bedroom apartments are found to be an average of about 6000 pesos per month. I am finding that most postings include utilities with the rent. If you are looking to live in a 1 bedroom apartment, in a good zone, I suggest you request more money. I have a question about churches in Mexico City. Does anyone know where I can find a good spirit filled church in Mexico City with an English-speaking congregation. A multicultural church would be a plus.

It sort of depends on where you live and how much you are willing to suffer. You are only going to be making a little over $600 dollars a month and you can't live on that anywhere in Mexico. I have a son in college in Mexico City who shares an apartment there and (not counting tuition) between rent, phone, internet, gas. electricty, etc. and food we spend about $12,000 pesos a month minimum. His housemates have similar expenses. He doesn't have a car, gets around on public transport. I don't see how two adults could possibly live in Mexico City on less than $25,000 pesos net per month. Edit: phone + internet $400/mo. minimum , cable/satelite tv $400/mo. minimum (more if internet is part of the package), gas (if you bathe and cook) $800/mo.minimum, electricity is cheap unless there are problems in your installation and then it's not cheap at all, water and sewerage are expensive and variable-landlords usually try to increase profit by charging you more than the actual water bill, 5 gallon jug of purified water $25 pesos. Most apartment buildings and condos have a security and maintenace person who tenents are supposed to pay. So yes you CAN live in cruddy apartment with only a matress on the floor for furniture, have no tv, phone, cell, or net and risk food poisoning from eating at the stands on the street with 8000 pesos. But if you really want to enjoy your time in Mexico City, even in a modest way, you will need a lot more money.

I don't know about this guy ^, but I'm an international student and my rent is LOADS cheaper than that. For 4,200 peso's a month, I live right near uni and that gets me three meals a day also. You'll be able to find suitable accommodation at around 4,000 per month, and the rest for expenses. Food is reasonably cheap. You'll do fine.
