If i live in the U.S., can I play online poker at Full Tilt for real money and withdraw it later?

If i live in the U.S., can I play online poker at Full Tilt for real money and withdraw it later?
I live in New Mexico and recently signed up at Full Tilt and have been playing for real money. Am I allowed to withdraw this money? I'd like to know because if I can't I will stop playing because it's useless to make money on there if I'm never going to be able to take it out. Thanks in advance.

If I sell a piece of land I own in Mexico, how do I get the money legally to the U.S?

If I sell a piece of land I own in Mexico, how do I get the money legally to the U.S?
What is the process for reporting money to the IRS and what is the best way of making sure that I will not be taxed as much if I were to immediately invest the money in immediately buying land here in the US? The amount of money we're talking about is anywhere between $750,000 or 1,500,000 +. It depends on the sale and buyers. Its not just pocket change.

I'd deposit it into a reputable bank in Mexico and get a debit card and simply spend the money down. How much is it?
2 :
Bank draft. As for how and what to report to the IRS, I'd suggest contacting them directly. Good Luck!

YIKES!!! For that much money, you need to talk to a tax lawyer before the deal closes ... some kinds of payment options are more taxable than others. If he can save you 5% in taxes, which is quite likely, that would be $37,500 more profit on the lower sale price. Don't try to hide the money ... just do all you can to legally keep your taxes down.

hould I pay taxes in the US from my capital gains in a Mexican account? ?

hould I pay taxes in the US from my capital gains in a Mexican account? ?
I am a Mexican citizen and working in the US with an H1B visa. I have money in Mexico and make capital gains from interests in an account that is in Mexico. I didn't make that money from my work in the US, I had it there before I starting working in the US. I would like to know if I should include those capital gains in my US Tax declaration?

It is in the IRS Code that "worldwide income is inclusive" on the US tax returns. You declare all foreign income in your US tax returns but at the same time you could take deductions on the foreign taxes you paid on those income.
2 :
No, that income is not subject to US taxation under your visa status. Should you become a lawful permanent resident though it WILL become taxable at that point.

Why do taco stands always play circus music and have Mexico flags?

Why do taco stands always play circus music and have Mexico flags?
Why do so many fail health inspections ? Why are they all painted the same color? Would it hurt the taco stand to have a America flag or are they scared to give up their oath to Mexico? Many Mexican Americans complain about the lack of American flags saying the taco stands really want to make money off their oath to Mexico.

To fool the American people into thinking they are getting authentic Mexican cusine......and look at their houses( The ones that have houses) they are painted in the same garish way with Mexi flags and statues Some actually think they are still in Mexico
2 :
They are proud of their heritage. There is nothing wrong with that.
3 :
Geez, why does it matter to you? You obviously have a problem with Mexicans. I think taco stands are good. Is it really hurting you that they play their music? It's better then rap music with all the cuss words. Do you let your children listen to rap music?
4 :
Might be that they think they are still in Mexico. Each time I hear that music here where I live, I look around and wait for a monkey to come over, so I can put some change in his tin cup.
5 :
Because they are very proud of Mexico. They have no intention of ever becoming AMERICANS, which is why they have no business being here. If you love Mexico so much, do us all a huge favor and go back.
6 :
Well, tacos are an invention of mexico. They all fail inspections cause they don't care about regulations, that's the way things work in mexico. This is a big issue, they put mexico flags because they want to make clear it's mexican food, also, they are so proud to be mexicans, the question is, what are they doing here then? If it's america who is feeding them, they should pay some respect. yeah that too,... you put a Mexico flag, and you will attract more mexicans. Hehhe, it;s not circus music, it's some kind of regional or mexican country music.
7 :
they should have the american flag on the stand. when i lived i chicago i saw the mexicans having their parades. they had the american flag above theirs. i knew those was the ones who called america home. the ones who sell off the stands is most likely selling drugs also. why else would they have it painted like that. and their flag on it.
8 :
Why don't you ask one of the Taco Stands owners why? I don't know Bill and I think there are far more important issues about illegal aliens than choice of music or stand paint. After all they are selling a certain type of food and that flag just lets people know what type of food.Or warns others to stay away.My city doesn't allow any thing like that but other city's in Arizona do.I have too many real issues with illegal aliens than to worry about tacos.Besides I make my own, they are better and I know I wash my hands. No restaurants are "safe" anymore. You pay your money and you take your chances.....Its a choice isn't it ?

I am Hispanic and for me it makes me mad when I see these Mexican flags up outside a taco stand restaurant, grocery store etc. I think they forget what country they are in. I will not buy food from taco stands because I never see them wash their hands. The whole Mexican flag thing is ridiculous. This is America and the only flag that should be flying anywhere is an American flag.
10 :
It's a conspiracy
11 :
They are paying homage to their Mexican God, Nacho Libre.
12 :
they have pride to their home country. I believe that the American flag should always be flown first. It doesn't bother me at all, as long as they learn to respect the American Laws.
13 :
LOL @ circus music. I call it carnival music and it is very irritating.
