ok so i am married just got married on dec. i have no kids... i already have a job and i am thinking about geting another job. but the things is i dont want to make too much money where i will have to pay taxes at the end of the year. my husband is from mexico and does not have a job...he just does little jobs here and there (cut lawns,.....) so i am the only one with a actual job. i just want to know how much money can i make a year so i wont have to pay taxes at the end?? can someone please let me know...more or less how much? again i am married my husband has no job and we have NO KIDS! please someone let me know

Why do you want to limit your income so you don't pay taxes?? This makes no sense! Once you make a certain amount you do incur a tax liability, but it's only a small fraction of the money that you make. So you might be turning down the opportunity to make $100 extra because you'd have to pay $15 taxes on it--you still have $85 more than you did before! Make less than $18700 as the sole earner and married filing jointly and you'll have zero tax liability. Please don't respond by saying the govt. doesn't have the knowhow to get it out of the ground. If exxon-mobil want to extract oil from the ground and make a huge profit, then let them secure the area in which they want to conduct business like any other u.s. company. Why is Mexico's and Venezuela's oil nationalized as opposed to privatized as in this country? I can only speculate so I'm hoping someone can give an enlightening answer to this question.

think about it if the Mexican and the U.S. currency were the same they wouldn't ship jobs down there because all they would get is shoddy products and with a common currency with those 3 countries we could beat the euro back into the dirt and take our good money for a cheap vacation in Europe ok look even if you just combined the U.S. and Canada that's two fairly large economies that are bound to turn out a very valuable currency

Im from southeast NM and Im trying to find someone who knows exactly how to get one. I am a VA patient so I doubt that a Gov. run operation will even consider signing anything for me. (gov. wont make any money off it) I have documented medical conditions that would allow me to legally be prescribed it so proving it wont be hard. any info would be great thanks.

My boyfriend and I are intending to get married. He is unable to come to the United States. It's proving a bit difficult to get a FM3 and I only have a FMT. I don't make enough money for the income requirements for a FM3. I understand the laws concerning foreigners marrying Mexican citizens, and that the law recognizes same sex unions in the DF and Coahuila. but how does that apply to same sex couples? If marriage/union is not an option, how can I become a resident or something of that nature?

Illegal immigrants are criminals because they came over here illegally. They live here and do not pay taxes, and send much of their money back to Mexico. The money that is sent back is the 7th largest industry in Mexico. Meaning it is how Mexico makes most of it's money. I am not racist I like Mexicans as much as I like anyone else, but they are still breaking the law. Do liberals also want to pardon murders and rapists? They broke the law too. But anyways.. it's just not realistic to just ship them all out. Imagine how much it would cost and they would just come back. I say legalize them and MAKE them pay taxes.

Mexico does not make most of its money from this if it is only 7th. It would be easier to give them amnesty and less expensive if this happens.

Actually they want to pardon millions of criminals for the same reasons a liberal is now in power. Even though our vote no longer counts for much, that is not true with these non citizens

I might be painting a broad brush but feel this occurs with a majority. Liberals think their is a reason for every crime and excuse it. For example 9/11 was caused because of American foreign policy, so America is to blame. The terrorists are freedom fighters. Thieves steal to feed their families, so its the so called systems fault. Mass murderers had something happen with mommy or daddy as a child so they want to take over parents rights. There is no personal responsibility. Its always someone elses fault. Ends justify the means. They also believe jail is for rehabilitation and not punishment or as a message to other criminals "do not do this".

"I am not racist I like Mexicans as much as I like anyone else, but they are still breaking the law." If you are not racists, they why do you refer only to Mexicans when talking about immigration? Why don't you use an objective voice without talking about Mexicans only. Additionally, you say "They live here and do not pay taxes." That sentence is wrong because there are a lot of undocumented people who do pay taxes. Also there are people who do not pay taxes. But to say that all do not pay taxes is absurd.

Not all liberals supports letting violent criminals out of prison, its the entire justice system that's screwed up. It has nothing to do with liberals or conservatives views (i find it sad that people always blame liberals for almost everything then conservatives are no better themselves.). And as for Illegal immigrants, not every immigrants is a criminal, there are ones who have families and wanted to move to a country where they can live a happier life for their children.
