Got married where? In the USA or in Mexico? If you got married in the United States, even if it was in Las Vegas by an Elvis impersonator, then you are married, period. What is your citizenship? What is your wife's citizenship? Your wife is in Mexico now, when she was in the United States what was her status (did she come here illegally)? Nobody can assist you until these questions get answered.

The fiancee visa takes some time. It is a special visa granted to parties that are planning to get married. I think it would be quicker if you get married in the civil court in Mexico, call Legal Aid or Catholic Social Services. Are you a US citizen? If you are, and the baby is born in Mexico, you will need to go to the American Consulate closest to where your wife is and register the child as an American Citizen born abroad. But, have her register the child in Mexico too, that way the child will have to citizenships if he ever wants them.
