How would this work out offer to buy a part of Mexico?
We could forgive Mexico's debt to the US by drawing a line from Sonoyta Mexico and Puerto Penasco Mexico then making everything West of the line US property. Lots of Beach and retirement homesteads and the People were going to come here anyway. Make them pay income taxes and they will loose their US health care and welfare money. They can be just like the rest of us and that is what they want anyway.

Actually, it should be the reverse. Part of Mexico should buy it's way into the USA as they would benefit far more than we would.
